Please read these terms carefully before using FourCandles. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by them.

1. About FourCandles

FourCandles is an AI prompt management platform that enables users to create, test, optimise, and share prompts across multiple large language models (LLMs). Access is provided via a credit-based system tied to subscription tiers.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use FourCandles. You must sign in using Google OAuth or Replit Auth. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Subscription tiers and credits

• Free tier: 50 credits per month, reset monthly.
• Starter tier (€10.99/month): 1,000 credits per month, reset monthly.
• Pro tier (€32.99/month): 5,000 credits per month, reset monthly.
• Top-up credits: do not expire, consumed after monthly subscription credits.

Monthly subscription credits reset each month and do not roll over.

4. Payments and billing

Subscription payments and credit top-ups are handled externally. FourCandles does not process payment card details directly. All prices are in Euros (€).

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or defamatory content; circumvent the credit system; reverse engineer the platform; use automated scripts at scale; or impersonate any person or entity.

6. AI-generated content

AI models are provided by third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity). FourCandles acts as an interface and is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the prompts you create. FourCandles and its design, code, and content are our property.

8. Availability and changes

We may carry out maintenance, apply updates, or modify features with or without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

FourCandles is provided "as is". Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using FourCandles at any time. Request account deletion at support@fourcandles.ai.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
